COSNINE has pioneered the construction of a fully enclosed underground production line in the country, effectively blocking unnecessary light, temperature, dust, and other external factors to produce products of utmost perfection.

Have you imagined a cosmetics factory where 

humans and robots work together?

We have introduced five automation robots optimized for large-scale production for the first time in the country, minimizing the workforce and maximizing efficiency. Through various automated production facilities, we have achieved a production capacity of over 10 million units per month, the highest level in the country.


CEP

A convenient system that allows you to monitor all manufacturing processes through a smartphone.

Customers can track the entire cosmetics production process they've requested, just like tracking a parcel delivery. 

COSNINE has adopted a specialized ERP system called CEP for cosmetics manufacturing, which integrates and shares all information from order (OMS) to production (POP) and shipment (WMS). Additionally, through web and app-based notification systems, customers can monitor the manufacturing process in real-time and receive immediate responses to any issues.
